  1.     This is a limited demo of the game "Blood Bath at Red
  2.     Falls" (Level 13 from the CD). The actual CD-ROM has
  3.     over 20 levels, a large variety of foes, many more
  4.     hidden items, and progressively challenging game play.
  5.     "Blood Bath" is available by direct order for just
  6.     $29.95. See the ReadMe file 'How to order' for more
  7.     information on buying the game. (For those of you w/out
  8.     a CD-ROM drive a downloadable version of the game will

  13. Use the mouse button to fire.
  14. Fire at the bottom of the screen to reload.
  15. Use the number keys to select a weapon (there are 3 in the
  16. demo. The 2nd and 3rd have a limited amount of ammo, but you
  17. can find power-up clips by shooting certain areas of the
  18. screen.)
  19. The ',' and '.' keys can be used to adjust the speaker
  20. volume during play.

  59. gallery. Underworld uses a new proprietary video compression
  60. scheme that brings smooth animation to even the slowest
  61. color Macs (Rob Pegoraro of The Washington Post writes

  63. two-year-old PowerBook as on a PowerMac 7100). "Blood Bath"
  64. is never interrupted by stop-gap frames and video sequence
  65. loading that have typified most recent attempts at combining
  66. full-screen video with addicting shoot-'em-up gameplay. The
  67. action is fast and furious like a shoot-out should be.

  74. The plot is good B-movie fun and is quickly laid out in a
  75. swift movie sequence that doesn't interfere with the
  76. gameplay; it just gets the game flowing. You play a sheriff
  77. in a small town ominously named Red Falls. A bloodthirsty
  78. busload of hardcore cons have escaped on a nearby highway
  79. swarming the town with fast-moving foes. It's your job to
  80. hunt these bastards down. Grab a gun--it's time to clean up
  81. the streets.
